Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), if this is not the case then you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We are unable to accept returns on tubes.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Feel free to check in any time on the return status during the process.

Shipping
Most of the year we ship 7 days a week so you may receiving tracking over the weekend, however your order will generally not depart until the following Monday. Anything showing as in stock is available in our warehouse and ready to ship. We do not drop ship any items from other distributors or vendors.
We ship small orders of tubes by Fedex 2 day with free Saturday delivery included.
Our shipping costs are very simple, $0-$50 costs $8, $50-$99.99 costs $12, and all orders over $100 ship for free.
Larger tire orders may ship by LTL freight. We will contact you in advance to verify your shipping details in this case.
